Once we’ve received the completed forms, the planning begins. We generally require a week to finalize plans, as stated above; they are completely customized to the individual, so we take great care in making sure all the fine details are addressed. A customized training plan and nutrition strategies are all OPTIMALLY designed based on the most current evidence in the industry as well as our vast experience.

Once received; your customized plans are filled with notes and instructions on how we go about ensuring continual momentum. As a client, you’ll have some due diligence in keeping a documented journal (instructions will be given). Everyone is different, as is their goals, so this is also specific to the individual.
